Tribal Waters and Columbus 2003
This project was the beginning of a 'new episode' in the balanced rock sculpture project. In 2002, the poject was not produced due a 300 lb. rock crushing my right hand on the 2nd day of the project, llosing a finger tip along the way. The 'Tribal Waters' established itself as the Narragansett Tribe in Rhode Island was attacked by state police for selling tobacco on their reserve.
