The objects (MANDATE) for which the corporation is incorporated:

 a) providing an installation of temporal “BALANCED NATURAL ROCK SCULPTURES” in the Ottawa River at Remic Rapids Park, Ottawa;

b) organizing and choreographing 'on site' artistic performances & events thrughout the season;

c) providing workshops for educational institutions, teaching “THE ART OF BALANCE”       

d) promoting tourism through the culture, nature, & heritage of the 'National Capital' region.

*Dissolution of the non for profit status of ORA in 2020, does not alter the mandate; activities and project committment reamins unchanged. Covid In 2020, no on site events could be provided, and the situation in 2021 remains under the guidance of the National Capital Commission and Ottawa Public Health.
