The summer of 2010 produced a record low river level and the Pre-Cambrian limestone riverbed exposed numerous fossils. The fossils are at least 250 million years old. This selection was in one specific area measuring 20' X 50'.... some of the individual fossils measured up to 3 feet in diameter.
